Rogers & Cowan and PMK*BNC Announce Mega-Merger

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) – Rogers & Cowan and PMK*BNC have today (July 20) announced that they will be joining their industry-leading media and brand marketing agencies, in a mega-merger that will encompass more than 500 clients including The Rolling Stones, The Dixie Chicks, Katy Perry, Elton John, Sean Combs, Selena Gomez, Microsoft, Pandora, Samsung, Vice Media, YouTube and Verizon among others.

The combined company, which will operate under a new name to be announced at a later date, will be led by chairman Cindi Berger and CEO Mark Owens. The company’s new leadership structure will also include Alan Nierob as chairman of the entertainment division; Shirley Hughes, who will manage the brand marketing practice as president; Bill Rosenthal, who will be COO/CFO; and Brad Cafarelli and Fran Curtis who are set to be vice chairmen in LA and NYC, respectively, on the entertainment side.
